The staff members were exceptionally friendly and always greeted us. The coffee bar offered complimentary snacks like granola bars and fruit in the lobby, which added a nice touch to our stay.

We faced issues during check-in with incorrect room assignments. The breakfast choices were limited, and I found some of the items not fresh, which left much to be desired.

However, the breakfast offerings were limited, and cleanliness diminished noticeably over time. It was frustrating to encounter a slow elevator and varying maid service as well. While the overall quality was decent, these factors suggested that attention to detail was lacking.

The staff were incredibly helpful during our late check-in and early check-out. We enjoyed the variety available at the lobby coffee bar, especially the healthy snack options! The cleanliness of the property made our stay very pleasant.

However, the breakfast options could be improved in taste, as my eggs and grits were rather bland.

Staying here with my wife and two adult kids was great. The staff was super welcoming, and we loved grabbing snacks from the lobby coffee bar before heading to nearby attractions like the Greensboro Aquatic Center. John went above and beyond to help with our plans.

The pillows were a standout feature, offering exceptional comfort for a restful night. However, the bed frames caused some discomfort when moving around at night, leading to a couple of bruises. Additionally, it was disappointing that breakfast was not included, and the options available were quite pricey.

I was a bit let down by the selection of breakfast items, but I truly enjoyed having access to snacks like popcorn and granola bars in the lobby. The overall cleanliness was surprisingly great, even better than the photos suggest! I would definitely consider staying here again, but I hope they improve breakfast soon!

I was blown away by how spotless everything was during my 4 nights in the Guest room, 1 King, Sofa bed! The cleanliness allowed me to relax and fully enjoy my stay. Plus, the modern amenities and renovated features.

During my stay, I enjoyed the fresh look of this newly remodeled hotel and appreciated its proximity to attractions like the Deep River Recreation Center and the All-A-Flutter Butterfly Farm, making it easy to take leisurely walks and discover the area. there's also a cozy restaurant where I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, like the homemade chicken noodle soup.

The room was clean and well-furnished, featuring a beautiful cherrywood headboard and a small armoire with a mini fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable with light linens and good pillow variety. The maid service was initially excellent, providing ample towels and washcloths, and the A/C worked well to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Great fitness center and free parking. Slow elevator though.
